What is the XL surcharge?

The XL surcharge is a fee for parcels that are larger or heavier than the standard restrictions and is added to the price of the parcel shipment. This option allows you to send a parcel shipment with maximum dimensions of 175x78x58cm and/or a maximum weight of 23kg to 30kg. The XL size is only available for parcel shipments within the Netherlands and the EU.
For shipments with destinations outside of the Netherlands but within the EU, the maximum circumference of the parcel is 300cm (Total size = length + 2x width + 2x height). For more information and prices, please click here.
