When is a Track & Trace email sent?
You choose the sending time for the Track & Trace e-mail, if you have activated it. You can choose to send the email with the first scan by PostNL, or when you hand it in to PostNL. You can also choose to have the Track & Trace email sent to your customer when you download the shipping label.
