We use information relating to persons which we have stored for this purpose, so as to enable us to assist as quickly and efficiently as we can in case of any questions regarding any of our services. We have drawn up a number of rules relating to the use of MyContracts, which we have set out in this document.
Energy surcharge terms and conditions.
New customers will temporarily not be charged an energy surcharge of €0.12 per parcel shipment within the Netherlands, Belgium, and the EU.
- Valid for new customers only.
- Valid for PostNL parcels within the Netherlands, Belgium, and the EU only.
- Valid from September 1 to December 31, 2023.
- Valid for MyParcel tiers for domestic parcels. Not valid for parcel shipments sent through their own PostNL contract.
